Mother’s Day Eye Pillow Beta Workshop

In this class, you will learn basic embroidery skills and stitches to make a lavender and chamomile eye pillow for or with your mom, or for you! The eye pillows are made with cotton or muslin fabric that you will choose at the beginning of class. You will also receive your filler kit which includes your scooper, lavender, chamomile and rice. No prior sewing experience is needed. We’ll be embroidering pictures of lavender plant to induce calming thoughts.

Skills you will learn: hooping your fabric, needle threading, and embroidery stitches (Running stitch, back stitch, stem stitch, french knot and satin stitch). Embroidery hoops must be returned at the end of class. Additional pre-embroidered fabrics can be purchased for $5 at any time during the class.
