Mercantile Wearable Fashion Show
This concept of a Wearable Art Show came to me in thinking of a way to showcase the variety of talent we have housed at Mercantile. The space is rich in artistry, from seasoned painters that are staples of Bucks County, to new inspired creative souls who are exploring their various forms of expression and creation. The idea of wearing art has been around since humanity began as a way of expressing ourselves. How we want to present ourselves to the world. What we care about, what our moods are. This show is an extension of that thought. It is a reminder and celebration of embracing the individual and seeing a new perspective and exploration of Fashion.
I would like to thank the Mercantile Team and our volunteers for the many hours put in and efforts made to assist in this show. The outpouring of support from our artists and staff has been inspiring in itself. Ventresca graciously outfitted our band in their dapper tuxedos.
Special thank you to Barbara of WinterPrint for helping put this Look Book together, a monumental task.
